This house has me singing Kenny Loggins 🎶🎤THIS IS IT!!🎵🎶 this house has it all, location beauty privacy the whole nine yards, i am constantly checking las vegas properties before i make my final choice because i want to be 100% certain and satisfied with my choice, a home is not just a investment but a place where one will be happy and content with and this magnificent property not only captures my style and taste it just says this is it, simply stunning at least to me, i love this one❤

What are the most common professions that can afford to live in the Ridges?

Business executives, musicians, athletes, etc. They are all very high achievers in the respective careers.

@ifingerfatkids By 'doctor' I'm assuming you mean surgeon. The average salary for a surgeon is around $300k in the USA. This home costs as much as they make in 11 years. So no, they can't afford homes like this.

Hello Glenn, this particular home has already sold. The HOA dues in The Ridges range from $555 to$1,345/month depending on which part of the neighborhood you're in.
