Movies back in those years ...were hard to make but they last...and had support of movie goers

That clip could be the work of Peter Petersen. He was the chief animator for Willis O'Brien for The Black Scorpion (1957). Famed animator Jim Danforth discovered some old independent reels Pete shot before he passed on and they were superb examples of stop motion photography. He never reached the opportunity and fame of Harryhausen and Danforth but his skills were close to their best.

I love movies from that era. I wish that they could have finished the project.
