2 winning seasons in the last 20. 12 head coaches in that span and Mark Davis got rid of the only ones that had a winning record in Del Rio and Bisacchia. What a joke of a franchise, and i havent even mentioned the draft pick misses, which are a category of their own. There literally isnt a worse franchise in the last 2 decades, there are legions of Raider fans who have never seen them win a Super Bowl and just hold onto false hopes of the past, 4 decades ago when they actually were relevant.
I’m glad you guys interviewed raiders general manger we all wanted to get to know the man behind the shield .. as a raider fan I’m holding him to the “commitment to excellence “ standard even tho it hasn’t been our standard in years … but I’m glad to get some insight on Dave … now let’s go take the league by the horns Dave and bring my raiders back to greatness aka Super Bowl wins!!!

I have just gravitated to Dave whenever he does an interview. Oh how I would love to be a fly on the wall and just to learn the day to day. Man is just very grounded and will put his head down and work to accomplish his goals. Great interview! If anyone sees I would love to just be a intern and just learn at the pro level.

Just like everyone didn’t like Carr, gruden, mayock, Reggie McKenzie, Del Rio, mark Davis, and etc. list goes on and on. We can all respectfully disagree and just leave it at that. I am of the opinion that they could of handled everything in a more professional manner, and with mcdaniels track record .. and yes im a raiders fan but i do not talk shit about anyone, just calling it for how it is. Been a Raiders fan since 1967 I am glad to see Dave Ziegler the Raiders GM " the Counselor". No pressure on the QB position the top 4 QB C J Strout, Bryce Young, Will Levis, and Anthony Richardson has one will drop to the Raiders 1st Rd. 7th pick. Ziegler is smart enough to pick up Baker Mayfield in Free Agency to make the splash for Adams to keep him in the loop. Start Mayfield , develop rookie QB , sign back up Stidham and still have Chase Garbers in reserve.

Funny how at 43:40 Dave touches on the fact that when a position coach transitions to a head coach that the pressure can get to their head. Hopefully that isn’t what is happening to Mcdaniels.
