Raider Nation don't care about hearing it. The fans need to see it. The fans are consistent with support and showing up. The product the organization puts on the field has been bad far more than its been good. We aren't seeing the progress. The team is year after year stuck spinning its wheels. It's old and tired.
What are they suppose to say? "Oh hell naw, Minshew is a bum!???? We want Aiden." "Sometime this year we will probably see Aiden" ???? might as well be sooner than later
Hey Q something I notice on the Crosby podcast the rush… Crosby was talking about the loss and I notice he said that players had to be locked in even a day before (Saturday) the game. So the way I interpreted this comment is that maybe some Raider players party too hard Saturday thinking they would have an easy win Sunday and that’s why there was poor performance by certain players.
All I know is, If I was a owner, paying players top dollar, I expect to get the best out of you, sol I think when players don't give you there all because they made a business decision not to, is why players should, get payed based on their preformence, the better their stats the bigger their pay check will be...
I'm starting to think Telesco is still pissed at Aiden for that blowout loss last year against the Chargers! To have Uncle Rico playing trash football for all but one quarter in three games and still the QB1, mind-bending.
I thought the Raiders had a pretty solid team, but no good running backs, or a good offensive line? I just don’t know, and with the QB receiving horrible play calls, I mean I don’t understand any of this. And I don’t understand how Gardner can do well behind this mess.
Dalton unfortunately made Bryce look like the problem, cause all of a sudden the Panthers were on the move again. I don't think the RAIDERS were ready for that explosiveness from Dalton and the Panthers, talk about sick of losing? I've seen worse Raider performances, like the Carr crying loss and the Saints blowout game. Raiders actually put 22 points up and did have some impressive moments like the Minshew to Tucker bomb. But not good enough though, we need to Win. There was just so much emphasis on how the RAIDERS played super shity, but I think unexpectedly the Panthers exploded. GO RAIDERS!!!! LETS GET A W ON THE BROWNS!!!!
I'll put it this way, the way this organization is run, if it was a business like a real business, and it had 2 good years out of 22, it would go out of business. It's amazing how we have had 12 different coaches since 1999, and a whole lot of different QBs, and many different players, and we continue to be a very bad team, explain that one, please 🤔
AOC is trash he lost his job to Minshew and the captains of the team want Minshew. He looked just as bad in the game and if the other teams lb doesn’t drop an easy int we aren’t even talking about him
So Again Q. Do you watch the 22? If you do tell me show me what you see that GM is efficient? Makes the right reads? Goes through his progressions CORRECTLY? I have 9 BIG STRIKE plays over the middle and on the sidelines that were there before GM was pressured that HE DID NOT SEE. So do you watch film or depend on Mr. Irrelevant? Maybe you should have Stu Schweigert on because he actually takes 15 - 20 pages of notes EVERY GAME. STEP IT UP! BE BETTER!
I seen a couple still shots from the game and Minshew looks small to me, small as in not able to see over the line, maybe why he trys to roll out so much
I hope that Davante looks into the mirror and admits thar he is not performing at an elite level to justify his pay and leadership position. Last 2 games dropped passes. He is a liability on running plays because he will not even try to block a CB. Anybody see the WR screen last Sunday when he let a skinny guy blow him up and make a tackle for no gain. Unless he is the #1 target he gives half effort. I would trade him to the jets for Hassan Reddick because we have enough receivers and fir sure need another pass rusher with Max hurt and Koonce our for the season

Nope. This is Telesco's last chance. If he fails here, he's done as a GM. He won't get a third gig. So, its in his best interests to team up with AP and put the best product on the field. The two are hitched at the hip and have to make this work.
Our offensive line is really horrible and our play design & play calling is the worst in the nfl so of course we're gonna get bad quarterback play- it was 1 game- we're gonna beat Cleveland & be 2-2 - that's doable - just relax RAIDER NATION
There are three different options for this team being 1-2, having beaten the Chargers, Ravens, or Panthers. I prefer the version of this team that beat the Ravens. There is a lot of season left to be had, and I would rather have seen what is possible in both directions. Its just a matter of which direction the Raiders go in. They have what it takes, it just comes down to execution and want to. We saw terrible execution and want to against the Panthers and they lost, but we saw excellent execution and want to against the Ravens, and they won. Which team shows up for the rest of the season?
