Las Vegas Raiders vs Pittsburgh Steelers Allegiant Stadium home opener taken on Sunday, September 24, 2023. This is the nationally televised Sunday night game with a 5:20pm local kickoff. My son and I showed up about 4 hours before kickoff so we could check out all of the tailgating around the Stadium. We started out in Lot C where we always stop and see Andy and the Raider Bus. Check out what he used his Terrible Towel for. LOL. We than headed over to the Modelo Tailgate Zone just on the other side of Hacienda. We then headed to Lot B and then made our way down the west side of the Stadium along Polaris to Lot J. We then headed over to the Nightmare Lot aka Lot H before heading in to the Stadium. It was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones today. Once inside the Stadium, there is coverage of Ken Stabler's family being presented with his Hall of Fame ring. Mike Tyson lit the Al Davis Memorial Torch. Lil Wayne performed the Halftime show. You can watch the Halftime show on my Instagram @Duntov67.
You can see in the video that there was a lot of Black and Gold in the Stadium. This seems like the new norm with the visiting teams here in Vegas. Wish the Raiders could have gotten the win. Two loses in a row.
