ABC Stores have huge bottle waters for a buck! Also if you are buying single beers, wines, mixed canned cocktails they are the best store for this. There are 2 in Planet Hollywood in the Miracle Mile shops. one on Freemont street and on the strip ABC store is between MGM Grand and Planet Hollywood. THEEE best place to go for water, pop and liquor!! ( I learned this about 6 years ago the hard way) After spending way to much at the stores in all the hotels..

Gordon Ramseys Fish & Chips right there as well as In N Out Burger All there on the Promanade!~2 of my 1st first food hits in Vegas being from Chicago... I CRAVE In N Out burger!!

There is also an ABC store outside the bottom of BlueGreen’s Club36 on E Tropicana. Out back on the airport side. I was also able to walk (during the day) to the local 24hr CVS.

The abc stores or Walgreens are always the first thing we do after checking in. We make mixed drinks and then stroll over to get supplies

Also a couple extra tips since I was there a week ago: * Early check in and check out. May be worth if whether you're driving or flying there. Ours was about $15 each time. Better than being in a rush to leave, especially if you're hungover. *Groupon. Definitely look to see if anything's available. *Breakfast. Dont be afraid to venture and take a taxi away for breakfast. We waited over an hour at the pepper mill for 2 people, the rest of our group ventured 10-15 minutes away and ate within 15 and was only $90 for 5 people! We paid 60 for 2! *Hydrate. Liquid iv packets. Did wonders for us. We pre bought but I also saw them for sale at the CVS near Bally's. Blue packaging in case you're wondering. *Late flight our of vegas and dont want to lug around your suitcase? Our hotel Ballys had a bell boy service. They held our luggage after checkout for the rest of the day and they go by tips. Dropped them a 20 to hold for the whole day. Just some tips I definitely used on our trip, maybe it might be handy for you too! Either way great video, I definitely plan to implement some of your tips when we re visit next year!

Adventures In Wanderland Resort fees only happened when entering the strip. It’s best to find a hotel that’s off the strip like El Cortez or the Plaza Hotel. 🏨

Yeah, the up escalator at Bally's across to the Bellagio (12:40 in the video) was closed the last couple of weeks I was there recently, and it wasn't the only one

I stayed at the Aria and 2020 for 10 nights. My debit card balance was the same but available funds showed $700 less. The day after I checked out, when I was back in England, my balance was back to normal. Top class hotel.

Hello! I was! Typically when I do mobile check in, I do it as early in the morning as possible and then I find that most of the time I can get early access to the room. Not always, but so far I've had good experiences with this method.

I remember taking the CAT bus from Downtown to the Strip one morning....this was before the street performers became a fixture everywhere...and a dude dressed up as Jack Sparrow got on and sat down across from me. We had no interaction but I was VERY confused, as it was pretty rare to see a character actor in costume anywhere except at their spots under the Fremont canopy!!!

If you book ahead of time, through the actual place you’re staying at, won’t all the fees and such be taken out then (so if you use a debit card, you know ahead of time how much money you’re “losing/can’t spend”)?

Hi! I would say it really depends on what you're looking to do while there. If you plan on staying on the strip/downtown mostly then you don't really need a rental car. If you're looking to go explore out of the main tourist areas though then it definitely could be worth it to rent one depending on the price. Hope this helps a bit!

Hi! The resort fee includes different things depending on the hotel, but it's usually listed on their website for what it includes. For *most* of the places, I've seen the resort fee cover things like the wifi-internet, pool & fitness center access, newspapers and local phone calls. But again it varies depending on the property.

what's the best way to get from the airport to the hotel on the strip? the big bus that stops at every hotel or Uber or Taxi? and the same when you leave?

I'd recommend Lyft/Uber if they are readily available, otherwise Taxi is a good option. The taxis now have a set fare schedule depending on what hotel you're going to which is nice.

I always get my Alcohol & a 24pk of water delivered to me from a off strip liquor store . The delivery is 10bucks and the price for the purchase is the same prices as at home .

Thank you for the valuable tips and tricks. I didn't even think about the incidental fee hotels charge so this reminder was extremely helpful and I will plan accordingly. You mentioned Birthdays does this apply to Anniversaries too? I would also be interested in a video on the Cosmopolitan Dive In Movie Nights. Thanks again 😊. Thanks so much for watching, Tracy! I don't believe the hotels do anything for anniversaries in regards to gambling money, but there are likely a lot of restaurants that might. I definitely will make some more in depth videos on the topics I touched on in this video :)

Just a correction: Debit cards are not charged any longer. They are held the same as a credit card.

As someone who lives here-Vegas is just good for Gambling & Shows (oh, and the pwetty lights!!). A few good actual hot spots for food (if you know where to look😋). Everything we basically have is in the Strip lol. The Strip itself ain’t expansive either-though quite enough around to see👍🏾 Outside of that, houses, then mountains-if you like hiking I guess. Nice video!👌🏾

Just came back from Las Vegas. One thing I learned was that the west rim of the Grand Canyon was a massive tourist trap and had an underwhelming view. Fat Tuesdays were awesome to enjoy in the heat vs getting cocktails in the casino.
