We are loving these vlogs from this trip. We were so disappointed that you had a bad experience at Nine Fine Irishmen. The last 3-4 times we were there were very nice, I had great food, the service was fine. The bread basket with the pretzel looked so good, and when you said that it was stale, it kinda broke my heart. Glad you didn’t let it ruin the rest of your day. I tried the budget binder when I went a couple of weeks ago for the first time. It worked for me! I was able to bring back the value of my entire budget. It made me mindful of my winnings instead of putting it back in. Thanks for the tip. Free trip!

Thank you for watching! Glad to hear you’re enjoying the videos. Honestly our game plan varies from day to day.. the only thing that stays the same is $350 a day each and don’t touch the ‘winnings’ envelope 😆😆 We basically try to adapt to what’s happening for the day, if we plan to spend the whole day on the strip day drinking and casino hopping we’ll spin a lot smaller or play on the same machine together to make it last. If we know we have something big planned that will take up majority of our day/night (like flight club or a fancy dinner for example) we know we don’t need to conserve money so we spin a little more aggressively. We try to save any substantial wins (usually $400-$500) and put them aside for the winnings envelope. We don’t touch the winnings envelope and then count who won the most at the end of a trip.. that’s just what keeps us motivated to save! We will keep spinning after a big win however if we need our budgets to stretch a little longer, it all just depends on the day! We try to include as many daily budget updates as we can in the videos so you can see how it varies from day to day but sometimes we’re just winging it 😅 Thank you again for watching! Cheers 🍻

Nothing worse than losing early in the day, but you guys turned it around like pros 👍 I said to my husband that I'm getting one of those budget planner folders from Amazon for our next trip and his eyes rolled so far back in his head, I thought he was having a seizure!!😅 He said mine would read Day 1 9am ($500)..Day 1 10am..($500)...you get the drift! 😅😅 What a great way to enjoy pizza, sitting watching a wedding and people watching! I'm very thankfull you mentioned the budget binder from Amazon. If you recall I asked about them a couple months ago and with your reply back to me I ordered ours (and the extra clear inserts) for our upcoming trip in May. So we stay at places with a washer/dryer and kitchen (Vdara). But you two are great and I really love the vlogs. Keep that content coming because you have my full support! Awesome! July is a great time to visit. Nice and warm and great to stroll around the strip with a drink. Yes, drinks are still free in Vegas. Don’t see that ever going away. We usually tip a few dollars for mix drinks and a buck or two for beers. If we’re in a good spot and comfy on a machine, we’ll tip 5 bucks to start and the waitress comes back very quickly. Thanks for the info! We’re celebrating 15 years of marriage on this trip! Hope to make trips more often just always said wait till kids are older (and their older now haha). We are heavy tippers as we know it keep the service rolling for you, we’ve hated it since our local casinos stopped offering the drinks while gambling. Mostly because we have to get up from our game to get a drink as the floor servers are bare minimum now also.
So cool 😎 Congrats on 15!!! Sounds like you guys know how the tipping game works. When we’re in Resorts World, Cosmo, Wynn etc. we might even start with a ten dollar tip to keep the premium drinks flowing. For us, it’s all about being comfy. If we like the area and the property has good drinks, the tips will be bigger. Shame they took away the free drinks at your local ☹️

Rustic Irish Bread Selection 😂🙈 well that's a new one!!! We fell round the place laughing at that!!! Have to say in all the times we've been to Vegas we've only been in the Nine Fine Irish men once & never been back. Guinness was awful & just not the best atmosphere. Really over rated.
