LASAGNA ROLL UPS
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked to package instructions (add extra in case of breakage)
Meat Sauce
400 grams ground beef
1 pc. onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp. salt or to taste
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
¼ tsp. dried thyme
½ cube beef bouillon
500 grams spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp.sugar
2 tbsps. celery
1 tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil
White Sauce
2 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. flour
400 ml milk
½ cup grated cheese
a pinch of salt
a pinch of nutmeg
To Assemble
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese or any melting cheese
dried basil
parsley, chopped
