ayotunde balogun, where you see wig? 🤣. this project is a very good one. she mentioned a very good point about investment on waterways transportation. it is the alternative that lagos needs to significantly reduce traffic on the main roads. However, the investment in BRT services and other bus services needs to improve and expand as well.

I think this project is a waste of money. It'll cost huge amount of money to maintain the bridge similar to 3rd mainland. If I'm the engineer, I'll sand fill the land and bring the lands closer to each other. Then build several bridges that'll link Alapere, mile 12, Ofin, Bayeku, Ijede, Imota, etc. There'll be lands to build another city, industrial or real estate. Traffic will drastically resuduce. Its not rocket science. The money they want to spend on this 4th mainland bridge will probably cover most of this project.
