I put lashes on maybe a year ago and I couldn't figure out everything that went wrong (lol), they were beautiful and full and I used Ardell individuals and the black lashtite glue but the glue dried hard and it hurt like hell. I know that i put them under my lashes and they were kind of clumpy but I like this method of putting on the lashes above the lash line, thank god I found your video because tI'm going to start back doing my lashes and there aren't videos like this/yours! So much information and experience! I always wondered if I could cut up a strip because they have the perfect layout that I want and watching your video gave me excitement to try it out! Thank you!!

Can you tell me where you bought the lashes used in the video (probeauty essentials). I will try the comparable amazon ones but I just loved how these look. Also, to another persons question the individual lashes are cumbersome to get out of the box, cutting them just seems easier to me; don't know if you agree? Thanks for the video. One last question is the glue the same as the smaller one that comes in a tiny glass bottle?

Hi! I found the lashes I used in this video at Marshalls! I believe it's the same glue they provide in the kit, that I just bought a full bottle of on Amazon. I actually started using random false lashes and the large Lashtite glue before knowing they made a kit.

Thank you so much! I have pretty sensitive eyes myself and I've been using this glue anytime I do my own eyelash extensions, for about 8 years now. Only use a very little at a time!!

Thank you for making this video! You mentioned that previously you've used this method placing the lashes under your natural lash. Have you see a difference in how long the lashes stay on? I've recently used the Kiss Falscara and thought it was easy. I just need something that lasts a tad longer. Thank you!!!

I LOVE Falscara! So obsessed! It doesn't matter, for me, whether I place them underneath or on top of my natural lashes. The reason why I sometimes place them underneath, is so they can look more natural. Hope this helps!

Now that I have used both, I honestly really like both because my lashes are black and whether the glue dries black or clear, I'm good. If you have lighter lashes, I would suggest using the clear Lashtite formula. The key is also use the tiniest dot of glue! Thank you for watching and letting me know how well you love this method!

I do almost same thing.. if you put them under( as you do useally), it looks a bit shorter.. Tfs, it looks very good! I go underneath and use hair bonding glue.. , but i Can not get them wet.. , that is my problem.. i have them on for a week.. i try the semi permanent glue, that you use, tfs

Hi! Yes, sometimes I find some glue left over. Just keep brushing on the remover until it all comes off. I like to wash my face afterwards, just to make sure all of the remover is washed away. Thank you for watching!

I wanted to try the clear glue because a number of people said that they were having trouble with the clear glue. It worked just as good as the darker glue. I like them both.

Watched your video. Bought new glue, today is day one. My glue is drying before I can get them one. New glue was Amazon... what gives?

That’s really strange. I’ve used 2 bottles in over 10 years and have never had an issue. Maybe try a bit more glue? Make sure nothing is causing it to dry too soon, like a fan, a window or cold temps. Not sure what else could be the issue. I plan on trying other types of diy eyelash extension glue.

Can I just use a complete lash strip instead of cutting them ?

I personally have never used a full strip lash for this. Because you're adhering The false lash to your natural lash, it's much easier to remove if they are in singles or individual lashes. You only have to replace a few that have either grown out or falling off when you need, instead of an entire strip lash. Hope this helps!

Coconut oil will NOT remove this Lashtite glue. No type of oil will remove it. You need something that will truly dissolve it, like adhesive remover. Check the description box for how I remove them using LashFree Adhesive Remover, but stay tuned to my channel because I will be posting a follow-up video how I use a gel remover! I've found it to be a lot easier than LashFree.

I personally have never used eyelash shampoo. I’m not sure how well your lashes would hold up. If it’s not oil-based, I think you would be fine, but not 100% sure.

Question, do you shower( yes, but do they get wet?), do you clean them in between, because mine get dirty.. , i use make up ( no mascara)

Hi! I can get them wet. I either let them air dry or VERY gently press a towel on them if they're very wet...but mostly air dry. Or cool blast from hair dryer. I'll be posting my video on how I remove them on Monday!

No need to clean them bcz I don't wear eyeliner or mascara with them on. If I get eyeshadow on them, I use a q-tip with micellar water to clean my eyelids and along my lashes. I also very gently use a spoolie to help loosen shadow. Hope this helps!

Hi! I have used individual lashes before but you have to buy multiple packs of individual lashes to get different lengths. if you don't, your eyelashes will look all the same length, which just doesn't look natural to me. I really love a wispy look. Using this method, you only have to buy one pair of lashes to get this look! And it also takes the guesswork of trying to figure out how you should lay down your lashes, it's done for you. Hope this helps!
