THANK U SO MUCH. I JUST PURCHASED MY HEATER AND I COULDN'T GET BATTERY COVER OFF, I THOUGHT I HAD TO UNSCREW THE SCREWS (MY OLD HEATER REMOTE HAD 2 UNSCREW). THANK U4 SHOWING ME SOMETHING SO SIMPLE THAT I DIDN'T KNOW.
Bought the Lasko Ct22445 from Costco and worked well for few months. Woke last night to terrible chemical burning smell. So strong I could barley remain in the home. I am investigating the cause of the strong, strong burning chemical smell.
I had this model for a year now.Lately it keep sitting off.i have to disconnect from power the turn on.Before when I did that it would be okay. Now it just keeps shutting off after 10 mins.
I got one like a month ago. It’s been working perfectly fine, but it’s not turning on at all. I disconnected for half, but it’s still not turning on. I tried different outlets. I don’t know if I should return it and get the same one??
@@YourReviewChannel oh these were so stuck, I tried that first. lol Ended up I just unscrewed the back panel and put it back together, and loosened it that way. It’s great now.
i got this exact model from costco. It's very quiet when standing still, but in oscillating mode, there's a continuous rattling sound. It doesn't seem like yours have that sound? I'll return it and get another one to see if it has same issue.
So I just got this heater today and I've been trying to change the heat to 39 because the heater gets too hot for me so I try and change it to cool my room down but the number just flashes and automatically changes to a higher temp and it will only allow me to use H1, H2 and H3 so do you know any way I can fix this?
What about my looks is plug and you could hear that he has the beeping to turn it off but it will not turn on at all it does not work can u help me please
So does it warm up the room or is it like only warm when its on? For an Better understanding can I turn my heater off after a while and my room stays warm for a nice amount of time(like an hour or 2) or is it like once you turn it off then it will get back cool fast?
I haven't been able to switch the display from Farenheit to Celsius even after trying several times the manual's instructions.... Anyone else encountered the same problem? Suggestions?
how tight of a temperature range can it maintain an insulated indoor room? This would be a critical review point for a heater. In other words if you put it on 72 degrees will it maintain a range from 70 to 74? Or will the range be much tighter and sloppier?
@@YourReviewChannel how do I do it? When I set a number it only blows for a few seconds and turns off and dosent blown until minutes later, and when I put it on low mode it blows lightly warm air
@@YourReviewChannel so in other words it only does it for a few second at a time? I’m not expecting “perfect” I’m just asking if it can blow cold air like a fan and a fan is constant cold air, but if it dosent do that then “No I cant”, if it can’t that’s ok, I just want hard truth
The only reason I searched for this kind video is to see how quiet the heater is when turned on. Unfortunately, I only hear two things while watching the video, talking and music.
I bought last year's model - it worked fine last winter, but now turns on but no heat (just fan). Don't have the receipt so the three year warranty is not honoured.
Just purchased two of these through Costco/ they're great! btw Re: tripping your breaker If that breaker didn't trip you would be at risk of a house fire. Indeed do not run a space heater on an outlet that is also carrying a TV/ blow drier/an iron/vacuum cleaner/dish washer/ you get the idea. Lamps are usually ok but that heater is pulling 1500 watts a dedicated electrical outlet is best option ...be smart be safe/
It may be your outlets we're not designed to handle high amps that come with having the heaters on Hi setting (1500 watts) Mine did the same thing so I set the heater on Lo and it works fine- no circuit breaker tripping
Just bought this heater. It doesn’t come with a thermostat which means even if room temperature is 75f, and I set the temp to 68, it will still keep pumping heat forever!! I’m Returning this stupid heater.
