ingredients:-
250 gm lasode / gunda
2 tbsp saunf (fennel seeds)
tbsp split yellow mustard seeds
1 tbsp methi dana (fenugreek seeds)
8-10 piece black pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp rai (mustard seeds)
1 tbsp whole coriander seeds
2 Red chilli
tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
1/2 cup mustard oil
a pinch of asafoetida
2 tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 tbsp salt
1-1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Nigella Seeds (kalaunji)
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Mango Powder
2 tsp vinegar
