Lassen Volcanic National Park and Manzanita Lake~ Late June 2024 🏕 

Such an incredibly beautiful NP, crowned by the shimmering waters of Manzanita Lake.
My traveling companions, we're so much fun. At the blossoming ages of 6 & 16, for respect of la familia, I have maintained anonymity.
After spending a little time learning and / or drifting the paddle boards, we returned to camp. We then ventured onward to gather pitchy pine coans, twigs, sticks, and logs to build our evenings campfire. Perks to the girlie's! They did a fantastic job learning the fundamentals of building a sustainable fire.
Mt Lassen Volcanic National Park is one to consider visiting, and I am certain that I will be returning again this year.
