What an amazing harvest . . . for us. We are still new at gardening in the Ozarks, but so thankful for the bounty from our kitchen garden that increases each year.
We figured out the mystery squash mentioned in this video. It was from Baby Blue Hubbard seeds that we saved from squash that a friend gave us last year. The plants must have been cross-pollinated. The inside is a bit like Spaghetti squash . . . very interesting, but good.
