Elderly friends of mine have a Elderly friend who has been scammed 2 times in the last 2 months. First it was 1000.00 and 2 weeks ago it was 3000.00. they tolde he was too embarrassed to go to his bank and ask. He needed to barrow money from my friends to pay his electric and water bills, get some groceries and gas. This needs to STOP! This is in Dekalb County, Alabama.

She was so confused about everything she couldn't keep the story straight on who or what the money was for and cried in front of me from the stress.

Most of the time I hate when scambaiters reveal, but he does it so well that it's hilarious; the subtle hints that he understands what they're saying, or going off on a seemingly innocuous tangent (so their guard is lowered) that ends with him talking about something local to them in their immediate area and hearing their reactions to that lol. I had a similar experience with someone pushing a personal loan one time. After about a month of nightly calls and me telling her she was going to get a harassment charge against her, she realized that this was going nowhere.

PayPal phishing scammers recently got my mom for a couple grand as well... I think the embarrassment my mom suffered was worse than the money lost. I've never wanted to find and hurt somone so bad in my life

I never get scam calls/texts but just a couple days ago got a call from ‘Norton’, I was in too much pain (I have chronic pain) to be bothered trolling them, plus I wanted to try this out, so I just said ‘Kitboga’ & there was a 2 second pause, then he hang up. I was most amused, a rare distraction from the constant pain. I’ll try Perogi next time, them Jim Browning. Good work, lads & ladies (& everyone in between)!

@@comicz_the_7god Pierogi had mentioned in his previous videos that the entire Genesis building doesn't run scams....the other floors have legitimate businesses running. So...you know,when 1 floor is being raided the entire building get to know about it.

@@anonymousapeof95 yes, there are just a few offices that run these scams .. I'd say 97% of the offices are legit.. unfortunately the 3% would give a bad name to the building. Most of these scam centres operate at night due to the time difference with US (their main targets), hence they go unnoticed as most offices are closed during these hours
