This "MAY" go hard, but honestly takes away the factor of simplicity that was the other version. This one makes it so noisy with an abundance of new instruments. It still goes hard but in honesty- FNF composers try not to make new versions of already good songs:
You have to admit that you can hear the lyrics much better than the original. I do think the addition of.. who I think is fang, in the song is a cool little spice to the song although it was fully unnecessary. The pitch change was the best part tho
This would be a lot better IF they didn't unnecessarily extend it and reference the drowning theme. It is completely unnecessary to add those things imo.
I actually didn't mind the new sections; They fit nicely but the ending needs more, build down? leaves on when it is tointense. also yeah I can see the drowning theme motif but don't really mind it honestly. and I actually some part of this song would be lost if they just outright remove the extra stuff too. Like it would feel off without it.
