Hannah, I think the whole planet is coping with anxiety and a feeling of lack of inertia. You’re okay, recognizing what is going on or not is a big step. One of my dearest friends has a saying, “ Find small pleasures where you can.” You’re doing a good job. “speed dating therapists” really made me laugh, great outlook.

The moment Hannah said she moved in 3 years ago….i remember you posting the video about NYC apartment hunting and it literally feels like it was yesterday 🥲🥲 This also made me realize I been watching your videos for over 5 years now! No way time goes by so fast. Love your videos Hannah! Working out at home with some weights has definitely improved my adherence to working out (almost a year of consistency!). I don’t need to go outside to do it which means I can workout any time even if it’s late at night. Thought this might help if you struggle with getting yourself to the gym. And yes, working out at home with the right set or weights and videos does show! 💪🏼😊

Hannah!! As a mental health professional I’m SO happy to see you starting therapy! I wanted to give you a heads up bc no one told me this: it’s SUPER normal to feel really tired and like drained after your first few therapy sessions. Especially if you have anxiety about going to therapy. But they will get better and start to feel refreshing and energizing. So just hang in there!!! 🩷🩷

Hannah depression and anxiety spiral setbacks happen girl. I've been feeling the same exact way as you. I am having one myself that I am slowly trying to come out of. Currently looking for myself a therapist too lmao. I've been completely unmotivated and lost when it comes to my work opportunities too. I feel like moving into a new apartment will help to give you the new motivation you are needing. A new space can help alot of things. I feel like where you are living like environmental as well as other things ya know can be causing you to move slower and feel stuck.

Regarding going to the gym, try to set up a really cool habit that you only do after you're done with your gym work out. I usually like to run every day, but don't. But i like to run when I get to eat the protein pack yogurt when I get home after the run. So if you set something up after your gym workout to look forward to, you find yourself pushing yourself to get there. Because you really want what is after. and I totally agree with the phone anxiety. I hate talking on the phone I would rather text but also too note that health insurances I've noticed when you do talk to them on the phone they are incredibly nice. And supportive way more than normal. It's not like you're calling the phone company and you have a rude person trying to make sure you don't cancel your phone service type of vibe so. Try that too if that helps. PS love your videos. You're the best! ❤

Totally understand the struggle with finding a therapist, it can be expensive too! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE whatever you do, DO NOT work with or use better help. It seems like a great service, but as someone with a psychology degree, and who has therapist friends, they’re super shady and tend to screw over both their clients and therapists with pay and costs depending on what kind of services you receive.

instead of having to blur your bedroom window in your videos look into getting a “frosted” window film. I got mine from amazon you literally just spray water on the window and the film clings to it and it looks super pretty!
