heyy 🩷 welcome to the fam 🫶🏾 thank you so much 🥹 I don’t, but in my pregnancy series I had clips of me working out. My next pregnancy I’ll dedicated some videos to strictly my pregnancy workout routine. I just didn’t go hard tbh, I just walked on the treadmill, used the row machine, did squats, and swam. Since it was my first pregnancy and it was all so new to me I just took it easy because I didn’t wanna overdue it, but now I know how pregnancy feels I may include more workouts in my next pregnancy. lol awe 🥰 Thanks for tuning in 🫶🏾💕
