I went to the pool room and stayed for around 30 minutes. Everybody going by was honking and there was a good crowd gathered out. Gordon Pirkle said they are doing the siren until it quits. Totally euphoric I’ll remember that forever.

This is the first time in my 21 years of life, I have been a Dale Jr fan my whole life and I'm a Chase Elliot fan now but not on the level as Dale Jr. Still getting the championship gear since I have watched him from choking races to finally winning races. So I'm getting my Dale Jr 2021 Hall of Fame gear and Chase Elliot cup gear.

I think he had the better car, but watch where chase sets Joey up to make the pass. He started that pass in turns 1 and 2 on that lap by running the line and speed he did. He could have tried getting alongside him going down the back straightaway, but he chose to force Joey to go into turn 3 slightly faster than Joey wanted to go.

If they are going to have a chase then there should not be eliminations during the chase. You should lower the number to 10, reset the points for those ten and let them race for 10 races. Whoever wins the points wins the championship.

NASCAR Needs To Get Rid Of This, So-Called Playoffs System/Elimination Format, Once And For All, Forever, Stop Being Inconsistent, Quit Changing The Format Too Much, CLEAN UP ALL OF BRIAN FRANCE'S MESS, Kick Out Steve Phelps, Steve O'Donnell, And Scott Miller, Go Back To Full Lap Racing, Get Rid Of The Double Yellow Line/Double Yellow Line Rule At Both Daytona And Talladega, And Lastly, Go Back The 2004-2013 10 Chase Race Points Format, With The Original 2004-2006 10 Driver Format, But Bring Back Homestead-Miami, As The Season Finale.
