Last Look Bartlett University Map - 6News - Rainbow Six Siege 

had plenty of fond memories during Siege's glory days playing Bartlett U. Not the best of maps for multiplayer but man does this bring back memories. A shame they're removing it even from customs

We definitely need a new university/school map setting. And if you think about it, it's also one of the more realistic ones to place an armed conflict. No offense America.

One time I got a quick match game of Bartlett when it wasn't in the rotation. Think the queue system broke and the whole lobby was so confused but happy as none of us had played a proper game of it in ages. Rest in piece map

hated playing ranked on this map, but T-hunt was fun. I think this map could work in death match.

Going to miss this map, played custom games with all my friends years ago on PS4 and know we've all grown up and have moved on. As corny as it is to say Siege has played a huge part in me and my friends lives and it sucks to see the map that started it all for me go away

I really don’t know why they took it out. Not every map needs to be geared towards MLG tourneys. Not every situation is gonna be easy or balanced

Man I actually liked this map a lot. I miss the memories I had on this map, yacht, plane, and house. I understand not having the last three in ranked due to the map layout. But this map felt decent. Not too in favor of either side

This is so sad... it's been my favorite custom map for years I love doing 1v1s or fun game modes like Sledge Myers on this map and I really wish it was in the quick match playlist again

Man I wish Bartlett was still in rotation such an underrated map

It is no longer in custom, however it was still in training grounds. Hope they don't change that

Ubisoft is proving to be more incompetent day by day. Literally no reason to remove map from customs. Even if they are planning to rework it in future, there was no need to remove it now.

I got lovely memories from this map, back in the old gold days of siege, what a pity we are losing it, i think they only needed to close some windows or a little rework but it's a great map

the fog from the article 5 map is actually held within the map's files, so the custom game version of bartlett is likely a direct copy with the fog removed. Since it's only available in custom games, its probably useless, so ubi likely removed it to lower the game's file size slightly, which is also probably why newer maps have been less common since new assets will increase file size dramatically. saying that, its also a shame. Barlett was also my favourite map for sledge myers on my personal house rules (only 2 speeds, no use of lethal gadgets, 15 or lower brightness, sledge can knife oryx), so its a shame that I won't get to run customs on it anymore. ill probably just use a cracked version of the old updates in order to play it since you can still do that with old hereford ect

WE NEED A BROKEN MAPS ON CASUAL THEY ARE BROKEN, AND TEY ARE FUN LET US ENJOY OLD BROKEN MAPS WITH NEW OPERATORS, LET US HAVE FUUUUUUN

Man that's upsetting. I loved playing this map & had so many fond memories of it. Even had my first Tachanka ace on this map & then got a Kapkan ace the next round as well. Was the only time I ever got 2 aces back to back. I'll miss this map for sure.

I got my first round ending in a draw with Bartlett. Even captured it cause I was in awe. RIP Bartlett University 😢

The end of the video is so nostalgia. This map will be missed by the ogs even thought we got aggravated by it in multi-player. I miss the old r6. From black ice to blood orchid. Edit: What made me really like this map was watching Kixstar play it. He actually motivated me to keep playing. And watching Serenity17 was so exciting back in the day.

I don't understand why it will be removed permanently...... I assume it will be changed one day. However, why remove it from customs? I also assume because asset files.

I've had so many good memories on Bartlett University, my first clutch, my first ace and first MVP after hitting a clutch and an ace. The spawn rooms for Jaeger acog were amazing and doc acog was spawnkill central. Good times, good times.

You can still play the custom siege lobby’s where it’s like 2015 siege which is really cool the player base isn’t huge but it’s still fun

I remember doing the Evan Braddock spawn peel where you just 1 tap through a barricade and I got called a cheater lmao. Definitely a fun map to run custom games on, and mess around doing pistol only and stuff. Rip Bartlett U

Emerald Plains appears to be staying in the Training grounds/Terrorist Hunt playlist luckily so it's not going away entirely.

Siege is a pale shadow now of the fun game that it used to be. Everything that I remembered fondly has been gradually stripped away until nothing is left but Counterstrike for Dummies. R.I.P., Siege. You were good until like 2018....

This map used to be Caveira's zone back when she was 100% defender meta. Despite that, I still miss the map :(

This one kinda hurts me. When this map came out to multiplayer I feel like it was prime siege and prime life.

haven't played Siege in years at this point, I think Zero was still a new Op by the time I called it quits for context, but I have a lot of fond memories at this university. Getting a 2K off of some C4 I tossed through the trophy hatch to win the round, playing as launch window Ela and defending the dining roof drop from trophy window, posting up on the opposite building's balcony and picking off defenders as Glaz right around the time he first got his thermal scope, good times.

It's been 2 years since I stopped playing So much has Changed and changing in this game those were the days

Why does Ubisoft keeps removing stuff from Siege FFS

I remember playing multi-player on this map, thats when I still played this game. I miss those days, simpler and happier times.

I really don't understand why though, like what is the purpose of removing it from custom game, I'd rather have the option to play it if I want to than having no option whatsoever ..?

Man me and my group of friends have been playing siege together since day 1 emerald plains made us happy because it was basically Bartlett University 2.0

From the way it's worded it seems that they are only removing it from Customs but not Training Grounds/T-Hunt. Then again they outright said that Grim will be the first 3-Speed with a Shotgun other than Recruit which is just straight up not true so maybe they meant to include T-Hunt as well.

1:40 a friend made one of the best clutches ever here on this doorway, there was a shield so e had to vault and shoot at the same time.. luckily he got a headshot and win us the match(it was the last round) what a moment, the party exploded and cheered like crazy - i hope i still have the clip saved

I had a horror of playing this in the white mask T-hunt back then. It’s is quite scary haha

Always played this map for fun custom games, because nobody knew the layout and it was beautiful chaos. You will be missed Bartlett

Man this was my first map that I had the best ranked game. 16 rounds because me and a dude traded on match point. Talk about best game ever. I'll never forget

They should make Bartlett look like a Court House. A court house would be a dope setting for a Siege map.

I remember this time when there was a glitch allowing entering under the stairs in library, had it on one ranked match, guy sat there forever as it was Secure Area. It lasted for hour or two, and I am not sure I remember how it ended...

So they don’t add any new maps but they remove old ones, way to go Ubisoft

Definitely gonna miss this map. A monument to the beginnings of Seige same with Hereford, sad to see it go spent a lot of time on this map so it shall be missed

I still have a love for Bartlett U. considering this place was where I had my first ace with mute in library, I never forgot my first ace and where I got it, it’s gonna suck seeing this map go

I really wished this map worked better for siege. I grew up with this game, and remember the hype in the community for this map to be playable outside situations (and let down this map became) when it finally released. If they treated this map like they did with other maps like club house and consulate with the spawnpeek protection , that'd eliminate the biggest issue with this map imo. I've always wanted to see this map get broken into comletiviely, but the spawning issues is what prevented this map from being a siege classic. I'm sad to see Barlett go :(

I remember playing matches on Bartlett and actually enjoying the map for the most part. I believe a couple of the main reasons for its removal was because it ended up being so unpopular, and because of the amount of shootings (mainly in schools) that were happening at the time.

i used this in place of old house and old herfert base in custom this is a big rip for me i also use this map everytime i get on siege for terro hunt as warmup

Still play siege, but it used to be a lot more fun, less balanced yes, but balance doesn't always equal fun. OG Hereford and house are some of the most fun maps.
