Think the game betrayed Col Utd's lack of squad depth and inability to control the game. Southend's second half was spent predominantly in the Colchester final third. It will feel like a good day at the office for Southend, since they controlled the game. Scoreline is irrelevant since there's nothing at stake. For Colchester, it should be a long and nervous season based on that.
