These are so very very very helpful. Thank you SO much for taking off your personal time to help everyone. My paper 2 is tomorrow and I was just looking for stuff that typically come up so I can do extra revision on it and found this. You are seriously helping not just me, but all students a tremendous amount more. Many thanks from us all, yes, I know this is really long, but you SERIOUSLY deserve a proper thank you. Thank youuuuuu :)
Hi Manvir, the grade boundaries for GCSE Maths don't get confirmed until the papers are marked. You can find old grade boundaries online which will give you an idea of how many marks you need for the grades. I hope this helps and thank you for your question.
On question 24 I don’t understand why the answer wouldn’t be 2. Surly if it’s the lowest common multiple then 2 is the lowest number that goes into both?
Your thinking of factors, the multiple has to be a times of both. Example. 8 is a multiple of both 2 and 4 but the lcm would be 4. For 60 and 90 the lcm would be 180 because 120 isnt a multiple of 90 but 180 is a multiple of both
