I've had some really bad chemistry teachers for the last 2 years and most of my class agree we have learned nothing. Over the last 3 days I have managed to cram until 1,2,3 and 5 in time for chemistry 😭. Hopefully I scrape a 4 or 5

mate ngl that biology last min tips helped me sm. one of the questions i did for practice was basically the exact same in the actual gcse, dude i wouldnt have done any exampro if it werent for you
Nouman since gcses have started night before i have been doing exam papers and Alhamdulillah the exams are going good so far. History was a bit challenging but its going good so far. Today i did 5 years of worth of chemistry papers 2022- 31/60 2021- 41/60 2020 - 49/60 2018 - 47/60
CHEMISTRY WENT SO GOOD AS ALWAYS REPEATED QUESTIONS FROM PAST PAPER around 4-5 calculation questions were there but easy 3-4 mark ones and practicals of course one question of 6 marks i gave my exam in dubai so i did igcse edexel board
Yeah good tips, the exam was alright today, the tips were helps the maths questions were not that nice, but hoping for a 7 to round off a decent effort
In biology paper 1, I literally forgot the 6 marker cuz it wasn’t even obvious where it was 😭 so I’m gonna work my bum off for the other papers since I do combined. Do you think by the will of God I could still get a 9 in my combined grade by missing a 6 marker which would been a piece of cake if I hadn’t missed it?
Hey there !! Im really, really struggling in chemistry, i’ve lost track since the pandemic and the new teacher hasn’t been teaching me (or us) well. One of the most effective way for me to do my revision is jotting down notes by blurting. But i haven’t done much for chemistry and Im having a panic attack thinking that i have 1 month left before sitting on my gcse exam. Ik its my fault for not doing my notes it early 😞😞 Do you have any tips on how i can ace my chemistry?? I tried doing the past papers but it didn’t seem to help me since i don’t understand most of the questions ;//
Start by breaking every topic down, look at the specification and see exactly all the topics you'd need to go over and try and order them in terms of how strong you think you are with them. Then start with the weak subjects and begin by watching youtube videos on them to try and understand them, then move straight to topic exam questions, and do as many as you can until you start seeing a noticeable improvement, then move on to another topic and repeat. Once you're feeling strong on all topics, start doing past paper practise.
one thing i would do is just try and use as many key-terms as possible and write alot more for each questionj than u need to incase u dont get marks on specific words
I got a 5 for my mocks and its now 10pm and im here watching a 2 hour vid summarising the whole chem paper 1 for tomorrows gcse im actually such a joke
triple higher aqa chemistry was actually decent, but there was absolutely no questions on diamond and graphite which was annoying also if anyone remembers what they got for the last question, please share
