"I don't know if anyone has listened to our music with that level of detail" - Chase does that in every video. It's quite astounding. If my mental game isn't 120% then half of what he says goes over my head. He's incredibly good at breaking down most details and also explaining what's going to idiots like me. You better go for a run and take your metamucil before watching his videos. I found you guys like 10 years ago (back with scripted) but haven't heard anything in recent years. Got into watching react videos and found you again through watching Chase constantly the last few months. Chase plays guitar/bass I think (can't remember which) and he's fantastic at analysing and breaking down songs on the first listen. I don't think he plays the drums, and one of the running jokes in the community is the quality (or lack of) his air drums. TankTheTech is more of a gear head but they both cover all bases regarding reaction videos, and they both try reaching out to the bands as well for interviews if they can. Of course you did great with this song. Loved it

hey, y'all. chase sent me this way, and i do remember this reaction. haha, you're on my list to look up more songs because of this reaction. i get what you mean about his face... en' he adorable? and he's one of the hardest working, honorable people out there. congrats, chase!!! anyway, you should come hang for a live release of his reactions, because he's one of the best. can't wait to hear more of what y'all do, so imma go there next. thanks for tanking the time for my buddy. he's awesome. :)

People don't watch Chase to listen to the song per se... they watch (and Tank the Tech and Julia) for the analysis if the music, singing and equipment used. It may be a misnomer to call them reactors really, although they do react of course, these guys don't just jump up and down and say wow, they break down every element of a song and tell us how and why they are there often highlighting parts us plebs would never hear if they were not pointed out thereby increasing our appreciation of the music.

This is great. Chase is one of the best reactors around. He opens up musical doors that were closed to both my ears and my musical spectrum. He hears things on a first listen that I have missed after 20 listens. It's amazing and kind of scary at the same time. He is "important."

And shout out to Chsse for introducing me to this and many other bands. There is so much music out there and I rely on people like Chase to guide me to the good ones. I just don't have time to listen to it all. I like the part with the piano, because it opens up and gives the song space to breathe. And the audience time to process before it crescendos.

You'll find much flashier reactors out there. You'll find ones that know more about equipment and production (Tank) or about singing (Julia, Elizabeth) but, when it comes to analyzing the music... Chase is your man.
