7:25 that hit home for me. I grew up with those guys in my early days of youtube watching. I'm just glad to see the story get concluded instead of abandoned like so many before it. Happy new year my friend, it was a hell of a ride!
This will be the last Freak Fortress video that you ever made, but Freak Fortress will live on forever with the new generation of 2021 and beyond. Thank you J.C. Thronton. I'm so proud of you! :D
I have loved the Samedi Series and this was a magnificent send off for the Freak Fortress Series, Thank you J.C. Thronton, you're series helped me get into tf2 and I can't be thankful enough
I didn't know this was the ending of the series. But hey, at least it was the best way to end the story and see your new work, it is just crazy amazing.
"That aint the right way" bruh, he stole his voodoo doll that gave him his powers, if theres more of them, imagine Demo Samedi,Spy Samedi, and the rest of the classes becoming Samedi's with their own voodoo magic dolls.
Best Christmas present ever! This was amazing from the beginning to end and I'm not only speaking about the video. 😉 Thanks you so much for having taking your time to make this one last Freak Fortress video. Now, do whatever you wish!~😁 And thanks you for having being the one that made me discovered TF2 Freaks and inspired me to make my own. I woudn't have got this far without you, my friend. (P. S. I'll follow your work until the end ^^)
i didnt see this video until now and omg, i always loved your Samedi content, some of the better freak designs in my opinion, sad to hear that you'll be moving on but glad to see content such as this at least one more time :)
I've been recently collecting videos to add to my nostalgia playlist in youtube. And I remember I actually watched this video of yours not too long ago in this year, 2021. I knew ever since your last previous Freak Fortress 2 video that you were moving on to new and bigger things in general, especially as an animator. I was a little bum out but I understood perfectly why and still was hoping for the best for you. I was like, 15 or 16 when I first encountered your videos and really freak fortress 2 content in general. You were a really important part of my life growing up and enjoying each video you put out, one of my all time favorite tf2 series still is the Demo Samedi Vs Piss Cakehole videos. I remember really well when you'd put those videos out and me being hyped as hell each time you did. I remember joining your Freak Fortress server when you made your pack of bosses. It was like a dream come true to play in a server of one of the my favorite content creators. I'm 20 now as I'm writing this, and life really has been changing in many ways. But I just wanted to let you know, albeit I'm a stranger to you, that you impacted my life in many ways by making me desire to create content in general and do what I love or once loved. And I know this video is your last Freak Fortress production ever, but you went with a massive bang in regards to this specific era of your life and your fans. I'm thankful J.C for all you've done, and I still wish you the best going forward. God bless you man.
1:35 RED Scout laughs at BLU Scout's bad joke, realizing that this whole Gravel War is nothing but a pointless mann-slaughter to satisfy an old fossil (the Administrator to be specific), and heals the BLU Scout with a nearby med-kit swiftly afterwards. The BLU Scout was shocked but grateful that the RED Scout had just saved his life, and hugged him as if they were brothers. After the two Scouts walked out onto the field where the control point is, the other Mercs stopped fighting and looked, puzzled as to why there are members of RED and BLU right next to each other not trying to gun each other down. Then, that also got them thinking of another question, "why is there someone who looks exactly like me but with different clothing colors?" Some of the Mercs began asking questions to members of the other team they were previously fighting against, such as who hired them, always responding with "The Administrator", along with what their name is. Most of them had the same name as their opposite team counterpart, except for the Scouts, Pyros and Medics. Could some of them be clones without even knowing it?
I only just found out that this story got concluded. I’m so happy that it did. I remember loving Demo Samedi and the other TF2 freaks back in late 2011 to about 2015. Thanks for this! It was certainly worth the wait.
My gosh! How did i miss this?! This has been a very wonderful Freak Fortress video. I guess this is it for you doing Freak Fortress videos then. May your videos and Freaks live on in other people's videos. Thank you for what you have done for the Freak Fortress community.
I love the fact they became allies and especially i recognized this songs well some of them LOVING the house of the dead end song ya put it was a perfect song ya inserted
This was epic my guy. If you ask me, this was definitely worth the wait! Quick question, will you be releasing the Spy Samedi model on the workshop anytime soon?
Not gonna lie, If I could animate even half this good... I would totally continue the legacy. Maybe even have them slowly build a team using the doll, starting with that scout and medic.
