This was at the naming ceremony of my uncle's new born baby at Egbe near Ikotun in 1980. Kollington was my uncle's favorite back in the day and used the opportunity of the ceremony to end the rift between the two. When the rumour filled the air that Barrister had been invited, many people at the party were sceptical of it until Barrrister showed up at exactly midnight. It was a memorable night for those who witnessed this amazing occasion and am sure it lingered in their memories for a very long time.
May God continue to bless you for this wonderful and detailed information. If I may ask sir, what exact street is that in Egbe? And what is the name of that your Uncle. Thank you Sir in anticipation of your reply
I really don’t think it has anything to do with Barista’s death.. It’s only natural that people start to slow ( in every way) as they get older. Both men took Fuji music to its peak. No doubt. The ones playing now are not doing bad either.
