As a Finn it's fun to see that saunas are becoming more popular in America and it's always funny to watch you struggle at like 55c (around 130f I think) since the normal sauna temperature here is around 70-80 celsius (158f-178f)

I am from Finland, the country where Sauna is from, typically in sauna there is ~160-180°F, and complete time for "Saunaing" is usually 1,5h including breaks and showerings 😁
