As a person who is visually impaired, I loved how this series started. Every little detail here and there whether it was in the dialogue/scene or just in the acting, it was done brilliantly. I love Day and his personality. Him being sassy and everything ect. Day’s is in his grieving process regarding/related to his disability and it could be seen as many intense emotions such as anger, discomfort ect. Its understandable though cause he is grieving the person he was and the life had, the person he had seen himself to become and the future he had imagined for himself. Day is struggling to accept that he is visually impaired and adapt to his new life. He clearly doesnt want to/feels uncomfortable accepting help from people because he frustrated with not being able to do things by himself/be independent like he use to be ect. But also because its clear that people assume that he needs help always and they help him even before offering help or asking if he needs it. I think the way his family is treating him and other people isnt really helping even if they care for him like by being overprotective, limiting Day from doing things or even trying to do things himself. Day doesnt want pity, be helped all the time, being treated like his less capable or that he is cannot be trusted to make decisions for himself and more than anything else he doesnt need people patronizing him or infantilizing him. Day needs someone to treat him like a human being, a regular person ect. Mhok making his entrance the way he did to the interview and speaking to Day the way he did… made an impression on Day. Mhok was raw, honest and straightforward. Mhok saw that Day is capable and he doesnt have to be careful around him. He wasnt treating Day like he was broken/fragile or pitying him. Most importantly Mhok WASNT patronizing/infantilizing a person like Day who is visually impaired/ a person with a disability. Even though Mhok knows that Day is visually impaired, Mhok still treated him like everyone else, a HUMAN BEING, a regular person with respect. Loved your reaction Lydia. Can’t wait for next week.

The little prince scene was beautiful💕 Mhok as the fox and Day the little prince. The portrayal was wonderful. The scene was a beautiful but natural way of mirroring the start of MhokDay’s relationship. I also like the changed that had been made to the scene, It felt more like a intimate moment between the two, both felt understood and seen. The moment were Mhok asked Day to come and get his card from him by himself. To me it felt like the way Mhok was treating/talking to Day, he was telling Day ”I see/consider you as a regular person just like me”. While Day was telling Mhok ”I’ll give you a chance like everyone else/like no one else has”. It was like both were telling each other both of them have to have courage to give each other and themselves a chance💜💙

Jimmysea really did well

I have a feeling this series will be winning some awards for sure. I really love it already and i also know that it will be a pain to wait a week for new episodes.. :D

I enjoyed the first episode so much, the scene where Mhok was reading the little prince book to Day, it was like both of them started a conversation with each other only the two understand, and Mhok telling Day to come get the library membership card from him was incredible, This made impression on Day a person finally treating him like a human being, well i say this guy is what you need Day. I cant wait for next episode, Thank you Lydia for sharing your reaction and commentery.

I'm into it, not just because of bl theme but also stories is so good it's about family as a disable person this hit to the core people with disabilities can found love too you have to find the person to love

Funny that you said Jimmy ruined the garage scene by smoking.... The first BTS video has a scene where P'Aof and the crew teach Jimmy how to hold his cigarettes like a *real* smoker does.

it's good because it's a new and unique series that's not just flirting they show the other sides of real life, the other stories in real life but in a bl way, and its really good ,☺️☺️ ep1 is good hopefully till the end 😊

I sooooo hope it continues to be as good as this first episode 🤞🤞🤞

It's been a while since I've cried on the very first episode of a series. The first one is Until we meet again and this is the 2nd series that I've cried on the very first episode 😢

This episide was so nice 😍❤ I loved the first episode... I was wondering if anyone who has read the book could tell me whether Day will actually lose his sight in the end or has an operation where he might be able to see again? I know this is a huge spoiler but I would like to know. Also I read somewhere that maybe Day's eyesight will only be temporary gone and it will come back again.... Could it be true or is it only a rumour? 🥺 Can't wait for next week 😭😍😩🙏
