I had a similar dream to that when my papa died, but it was just me and him. It was him saying “I’m here” and “it’s ok”. It was everything I could have wanted but I knew it wasn’t real, all I could say in reply was “you can’t be here” and “you’re not real”. It took me a few days to get over it as it happens right after I had finally come to terms with his death. ♥️😇

Don't worry dude! The red stuff you get in raw meat (from a butchers) is actually just a compound called hemoglobin, which is the compound that gives blood its red hue! The blood is drained during the slaughtering process, and any 'raw' meat any dogs or even people eat (rare steaks, etc) is just hemoglobin 👍👍👍 Still loving Last Week!

Tom, you help more than you think. Don't think you can't help people. Because anything that brings joy (your videos) also bring help to those that are hurting. It helps.

Thankyou for saying that about people going to you for help for mental health. I see so many people who go to you and other youtubers for help and the reason they do is because they cannot go to a doctor straight away because they cant afford it. People are on waiting lists for counsellors and have been for months. So rhey go to the people going through something similar but alot of the time thats not okay because as lovely as you all are about it, it isn't reliable. Again you're all so so nice xx

I've always loved how open and honest you are about mental health, and especially yours. Making it a normal thing to talk about I think is a really important thing. Here in New Zealand we had mental health awareness week last week and the theme was "nature is key" because nature and greenery is a big iconic thing for NZ. The office I work in had a "lock out" where for an hour each day (in addition to our lunch break aww yiss) we had to step away from the office and go to either a park or somewhere with an abundance of nature and just...be. Thats my advice for mental health if you are having a tough time. Just go and enjoy nature. Enjoy life. Just be man, just like...be.

I used to have dreams like that all the time. Like many times a week for a few years about my grandpa. A lot like yours but also him just still in pain when he was sick and not himself at all. Getting into rock healing helped me with mine, and so did a medium connecting with my grandpa. Rocks might be a bit easier. But that was bc it was so often for me I had to try something. I hope you are feeling okay *hug*

8:55 Hi Tom, I'm currently playing through XCOM 2 War of the Chosen myself and yeah, it can be unfair at times. You can mitigate a lot of it by just making sure you've did all the necessary research to keep yourself ahead of the game. Also I imagine you are probably playing on console which I could see being more difficult. It's like a whole new game on PC, you can use mods to change what you don't like about the game and add so much more content to it be it new weapons, enemies, missions or cosmetics for your troops. Don't be afraid to save scum either, if something happens that you thought was unfair and you want another shot at it just load a quick save from a couple of turns back and give it another shot to try to do better. (Not sure if you can do this on the console? Hopefully you can.) If you have a strong enough PC I'd really recommend giving the game a shot on PC. Super fun game. :)

My friend is dealing with anxiety and possible depression, so I told him about you to show that others are dealing with this too.

As soon as tom said that he felt bad and that he was just play xcom 2 I knew exactly whats up

It is weirdly consoling to hear you talk about your dream, since I had a nightmare myself. As always, it's far removed from my actual life, but I never realise I'm dreaming. I was in a cafeteria with all my friends and we were attacked by someone with a gun. It ended with me jumping them with my fork and ramming it into his face over and and over again until blood and eye juice was everywhere. I was openly crying and sobbing but couldn't stop until he stopped moving. Even when I stopped for a second, when I was he was still breathing, I resumed stabbing him. Afterwards no one looked at me the same again. I felt so lonely and was so lost because of my own bloodlust. I cried the rest of the dream and then still when I woke up. The whole day I have been wrestling with myself. I thought I had lost all that aggression, but it feels like I am doomed to be a violent person.
