CR's brilliance shines through every composition, especially the ones with Lataji! He openly admitted that Lataji did complete justice to his compositions! Good compositions don't really need cacophonous orchestra, CR kept minimum orchestration in some of his compositions, especially the ones with pathos!!! Lataji (and listeners) was really blessed to have sung under such great MDs!!! Music lovers have gone on record saying his sole composition, "Tum Kya Jano, Tumhari Yaad Me Hum Kitna Roye" from Shin Shina Ki Babla Boo, would have made him immortal! That is CR for music lovers!!!

latta mangeshkar. a great living legend. a great gift to music lovers. source of great mental satisfaction to humanity. she shows powers of God, how through certain humans and theirfaculties he provides spiritual solace to humans , irrespective of their social status. people thank God for having latta mangeshkar amongst us. Beautiful selections, but we can compile yet more! Such were the creations of CR. Voice is a gift of the heavens, but it is the Music Director who brings it out in melodious moulds of myriad colours. Here, CR had few equals. All the more remarkable because he set the lyrics to music, not had the lyrics written to set tunes. Though he gave us scintillating tunes that make us dance, his melody is unmatched. Many move us to tears. CR was a wonderful creative genius.
This is the beauty of theses legends that everyone is unique in their own right. Can you imagine if they had to use average singers for these immortal compositions. Each and every artist of that time is true legend.

Enjoyed beautiful lyrics, with no much instruments playing in the songs. Priority is to singer ,and lyrics ,is not experienced these days. Latajis young voice,,so soothing .
CR fell in love with her like many other singing legends that time and Lataji refused his love as she's determined not to marry. CR's creations complimentary to each other. After Lataji stopped singing for him, his musical talent also left him unfortunately.
Two legends, Bharat Ratna Lata Mangeshkar and Maestro music director C. Ramchandra have given us treasure of melodious songs, we can listen these songs any number of times and every time they are as fresh as ever. Mirzaji the song, Bade bhole ho, is composed by another Maestro Vasant Desai, and not by C. Ramchandra.
It's a himalayan development that that these two Musical Ratnas broke up. At one time they were very close and inseparable. After break up C Ramchandra the great just collapsed. Music lovers are the loosers.
