I have slowed the clip down so that you can see the view of the city better.
The plane is a Waco YKS-6 registration CF-AZN It first flew June 27th 1936 and was broken up for spare parts on April 22nd 1941. It was operated by Ginger Coote Airways. The new price of the plane was $4,995

0:44 you can see Craigdarroch Castle and below it Central School between Yates and Fort St. I never realized there was farmland between Rockland and Gonzales Hill. Cadboro Bay at 1:13. Cool!

1:18-1:27 sawmill and log booming ground at modern-day Selkirk Waterfront. You can see the railway trestle, now part of the Galloping Goose, in the upper portion of the frame. Very cool clip.
