In about 1953, my military father moved us to Portland. One day after about 3 months, the clouds cleared, the sun came out, we looked out our apartment window, and Wow! There was massive, beautiful Mount Hood.

Yakfish.....You should always go into the wood's with a minimum of 1 other person for safety reason's. The wood's can be deceiving the naked eye. Every year people get lost or go missing W/out a trace for unknown reasons. I"m an avid hiker all throughout the State of Wa and 1 time I experienced something only by experience you would believe!! Be safe out there and keep the video's coming.
