People seem underwhelmed with Elanga but I think he’s like Madueke and he’s got bags of potential. Imagine the pace of him and Gordon on both wings too. Eddie will make him mint too. Guendouzi is excellent, don’t understand it but if we can get him win win

Guendouzi maybe could be coming in if say sean goes. Guehi is very good cb if it is over 50m it’s a no though when u can get an Ignacio for that price. I would get two rw in kubo and mbuemo and then u have mbuemo as back up striker aswell.

Personally, I like Elanga. In our first game against Forest last season he tore us apart. He would be a great squad player to rotate with a marque right winger.

Guendouzi would be a great signing. If we wanted to play a little more defensive he could look after that space between our midfield and defence where we got caught out week after week last season. Tonali, Joe and Bruno are all number 8s same as willock and Longstaff and Miley is learning his trade. IMO he would start more games than not against the top 6 teams in the league.

Paul with all these Goal keepers were Looking at is Probably that Ruddy is there as a Coach and a shot stopper when gillespie's contract ends next year and the Forest Keeper was probably part of the Anderson Deal for Psr Reasons

Good to see we are taking action on the striker front, there's a plus. I'm usually against defender signings, we've already got enough to stock 2 teams, but guehi would be great. Although gotta say i reckon the cost will be severely inflated. Finally, congrats to the lasses, looks like they continue to rise, hope they get to the wsl soon

If Delap comes he will get a season to learn a hell of a lot from Isak and Wilson, plus the coaching from Eddie and the boys. In one, maybe two years, he would be number two striker fighting with Isak for top spot.

With the midfield situation I know 6 sounds like a lot, however. We have; LCM; Willock, Joelinton CM: Bruno, Tonali RCM: Longstaff, Miley Willock is likely to have injuries this season as he usually does, Tonali may not be good enough for the prem, Longstaff is not good enough and Miley is already out for 3 months 🤷‍♂️

I actually do think we need to replace Anderson. He was a useful backup. We need another so the Aston Villa steal makes sense if we get him. Time will tell. Still never miss a show Paul, Billy, Alex and Sam! In no particular order, you all make TTR what it is. 🙏

Our midfield probably need combative players like what Guendouzi offers. Willock, Miley aren't that and we all know Longstaff can't tackle. So that makes sense to me, as we only really have Joelinton and Bruno who work in a similar way.

Guendouzi could be a replacement for longstaff if hes being moved on. Delap would be a good signing as long as the city sell on clause is reduced. Elanga may be ok as a squad player but have doubts hearing comments from NFFC who say he has poor football intelligence making wrong decisions a younger miggy

@@bigdawg4003 Willock one season of being injury plagued andstill played in fourteen games that season. Longstaff has been playing injured and still turned out to help the depleted squad last year. As I say 8 goals for a box to box midfielder is pretty good. His goal output was better than Almiron. More premier league goals than Bernardo Silva, Conor Gallagher, Morgan Gibbs White, Alexis MacAllister, Mudryk, Kevin De Bruyne and James Maddison. He seems to be an easy target despite being a local lad and playing injured.

@@gruffy4967 we’ll agree to disagree. Longstaff was shocking consistently last season. You don’t even know he’s on the pitch half the time until he spoons his shots in to outer space. Willocks spends more time injured over the last two seasons than he is available. I like Willock but theres a pattern now with him over tbe last two seasons. If someone made us a good offer i’d cash in and replace him with someone thats actually available to play.

Paul Mitchell will pick up better deals in Europe for a RCB and RW. If we really need a midfielder, buy Ederson. We need a world class goalkeeper. Imagine the shit we’ll be in if Pope gets injured.
