I think some people just like the excitement of getting all hyped up and waiting in the line. People wait in ridiculously long lines for all kinds of things. Phones, sneakers, concert tickets, book signings, movie premiers, etc. Personally I can't think of anything that I would wait in a line like that for, but I don't see any harm in other people doing it. If it's fun for them then I say go for it.

was hoping to upgrade to a 6 when they came out but they are fucking ugly as looking more like an android with the more rounded look and the buttons completely different. I really liked the sleek style of the 5 &5s and as for the size change as well the 5's were perfect size my hands are too small i cant deal with a massive phone arggh atleast mines still going strong after 2 years and hopefully will go for another 2!

Well one main channel and gaming video takes up to six hours, a vlog 45 mins+ so I would guess they did 6-10 ours editing, as well as filming, and wating for a 2 hour upload or more a day as well as all the meetings.

i hope you realize how much time they take filming and then how long it takes to edit a video.... and alfie posts at least 1 video every day, sometimes even up to 3 and it takes awhile to also export those videos let alone wait for it to upload onto youtube

it's so unnecessary to buy an iphone 6 when it JUST came out, so it's the most expensive, too impatient to wait a month or two until the prices have calmed down, ESPECIALLY when there is NOTHING wrong with your current iphone 5s. he literally just bought it because its 'the newer one", even when his phone was fine. no hate but i'm just saying i think that's so unnecessary.

Android is an os not a phone you get cheaper phones with android and more expensive and very powerful ones currently the high end androids over power the iPhone, however in no means is the iPhone slow, its optimised better since they only have one phone

I will never understand why people wait in ridiculously long lines for technology. I've had to wait in lines before (Boxing Day, a Twilight movie) that was really long and I hated it. Ya ya the anticipation. Really what difference is waiting a week when you already have a functioning phone? I just hope that those people in the lines weren't in the way of other people.

iBryn there are so many better ways to invest your money than in a mobile phone (if you've still got a working one and you only buy it because its cool or something). of course you could donate it (i know not many people would) but you also could save it for the future.. really anything. I just dont like the idea of spending so much because you can show off. (Sorry if i did any mistakes, english isnt my first language..)

Great perseverance to get your phones guys! Must admit, I can think of AT LEAST 100 things I'd rather be doing that sat on a shopping mall floor waiting for a phone to go on sale. I always remember the excitement of getting a new phone when I was younger but now that I've switched to Apple the excitement wears off really quickly when I get my upgrade- just plug it in, run the back up and I'm left with more or less the same phone as I started with! Does anyone else think like this? Good video as always Alfie xxx

After queuing that long for something that you really wanted, it shows how some RU-vid events are poorly organised and how people feel when they're let down. I know it seems a bit silly comparing the iPhone to a RU-vid event but it's the same sort of feeling. People will queue for hours upon hours and people will jump in or whatever, but there's a small chance whether you'll meet them or not. Happy you got your iPhone though! :) xx

Well, i find it outrageous that so many people were waiting at a mall all night just to get a stupid phone! I agree with you. Techinically people can spend their money on whatever they want, but these people, compared to most other people, have a relatively easy way of making good money, so why don't they stop constantly BUYING stuff when the planet is dying because it can't handle the amount of waste humanity is producing, and all the plane journeys they go on, idk. It makes me sad really. I'm sure they're lovely people but I don't think they thinkmuch about the impact they make when they spend their money.

i don't say that they are bad people either, i like them, so i watch their vlogs. i agree with you about saying that they may not consider about the impact they have on people some times and especially teenagers. i am 20 years old and i study OT so i can understand more clearly what is important and what's not . if you want an iphone 6 go buy it but don't make it such a big deal.

All this with people camping outside stores and waiting hours and hours just for a phone is insane. Sure I want the new iPhone because I have a banged up, used 4s, but there's no way I'd ever do that. I don't want to wait, but oh well it looks like I'll have to. No chance anything is in store now.

I find it funny that people go to the Apple Store for a new iPhone when you could just go to your carriers store (that show it works here but idk about other countries)

I never understood why people just don't wait like a week or a month or something to get the iPhone when its less crazy. Plus you might acutally get the color you want
