Excellent videos mukka. Learnt more about snake fishing by watching these 3 videos than I have by watching other anglers. Cheers Andy

Hi Andy. You explained on the deep line you start by potting before changing to throwing. Instead of reverting back to the pot(when not enough fish present) would you consider starting up a new swim elsewhere?

Hi Alan, you find with starting a new swim it takes a while for the fish to turn up on that line, also doing this you will be splitting the fish in your peg, so you will have less fish on both lines than what you would have originally on the original line.

What is the maximum depth you would fish this style? On the continent a lot of carp lakes have a depth of 10ft plus. How many pellets would you feet in such a depth?

Great video Andy. Do you ever just dunk your pot and drop water into the peg to create noise? Cheers.

Great videos, thanks Andy! You explained that you were using a grey hydro through a short kit, which is much heavier than I expected for F1s. Would you use the same elastic for Tunnel at this time of year or perhaps something lighter?

Do you prime any if these swims with ground bait before the video shoots or are we seeing the beginning of your approach? Thanks for the great detail in these videos, much appreciated.

You said the far bank line was finished in last video. Would you still feed it incase you wanted to go back to it

Hi Steve, you normally find that once the fish are in the margins they tend to be there for the rest of the day, being patient is the key, this will allow you to make the most of this swim!

Hi Andy, the hard pellets you are using, are they the blakes range

Hi Andy when would you use a 6mm pellet?
@TackleguruTV
@TackleguruTV 2 года назад
Hi Christopher, I'd use a 6mm pellet if I ever have any problems with small fish such as skimmers in the peg or if I wanted to single out a bigger stamp of fish.

My only gripe is you didn't explain your choice of hook,abbreviation of letters,heavy or light hook.Didn't do it justice.

He did Rob. He stated he was using a size 16 SLWG eyed. Super-light-wire-gauge. The 'Super' is for the PTFE coating making it more durable. Light wire gauge being obviously a lighter hook than for example the Super MWG as that is a 'Medium' wire gauge. Hope this helps.
