I’m bracing myself for my 30s. I’ve made some mistakes along the way, but I think I have myself figured out now. One of my fixes is inconsistent SPF usage. The new Superscreen will be my saving grace to gracefully enter the truly adult years of my life.

Cannot speak highly enough of SPF and moisturizing. I'm 30 now and in college and because I've taken care of my skin (and maybe because I'm also mega immature?) people think I'm 23-24. Yes, my mom has younger-looking skin, but the secret is to listen to what your skin needs. I can now tell when my skin is too dry or I've been using an oil that just doesn't work. If you do nothing else: wash your face, use a moisturizer, and use SPF in the morning. Branch out from there. EDIT: This sounds like a super humblebrag, but I'm just happy to have mostly figured out my skin.

Me too! Started University a bit later than most and people think I’m 21 when almost 30! Sunscreen is key folks, even if you don’t really use skincare you must use SUNSCREEN please!!!

love u so much rach!!!!! im 18 w insane eczema prone skin lmfao and i used to be really into 10 step skincare but now i keep it simple with foaming cleanser, rosehip oil and vitamin e cream only, then spf! i listen to my skin and only use masks sparingly now idk i feel we are told to use way more than we need 🦋💓

Lol the zoom-ins kill me 🤣 I was totally waiting for someone to look at the camera and make a ?:/? Jim Halpert face. Also I'm turning 29 in a month so I'm taking every precaution. However, I know how lazy I am so I just make sure almost everything I put on my face has spf in it, including lip balm (I think you taught me this, Raych lol) I love Supergoop's setting mists because it's so easy to reapply throughout the day.

Don't ever forget: Reaply SPF, special spf for sweaty days or pool days, protect your ears and lips. Hands, arms and legs as well. Scalp also, specially on pool / beach days. Sun is everywhere.

I just turned 20 and in my teen years I lived in a really hot climate and I never bothered with spf and now my skin is so discoloured and I have hyper pigmentation what can I use to help minimise the uneven skin

I've heard people say good stuff about a caudalie SERUM I don't know the name but if you look up their line you should be able to find it. It fades pigmentation marks.
