Now he is going into his second year and investing time in 2025 grads. So he is starting to build out the full recruiting effort and stacking players across years. And Coach Prime promised Juju he would remain at CU.
Completely false. With only 77 on the roster right now compared to all other programs having 120-130, colorado can barely run an efficient scout team for practice. Alabama and georgia has over 130, nebraska has 151 on their roster. People need to know with expected injuries colorado will again be hurting second half of the season with little to no player development
Auburn fan here they do the same to us and I find it odd that he was so far down the elite 11 despite having the best pro day and accuracy. Perry Thompson Demarcus Riddick and amris Williams was 5 stars while they was committed to bama and Georgia and when they flipped they went to 4
Yea that’s because Colorado didn’t give 20 scholarships to 3 star players lol. If you look at the top 13-70 schools in 2025 recruiting ranking then you will see most of their recruiting class is 30 3 star players lol… Colorado would rather have 10 4 star 2025 commits and the rest transfer portal. Colorado can do the same the rest of those higher ranking teams are doing, fill up your recruiting class with mostly 3 stars and 1 4 star.

What I’m saying is he’s gonna miss out in developing players from freshman to Senior. That’s how all the big schools do it. The recruit high school and fill the roster from the transfer portal. If you are a banking on the transfer portal giving you a good team! GOOD LUCK LOL, I don’t think it is good to lose 45 players and refill the roster with a new 45. You can’t build culture that way. And the players don’t get to develop. The only players he’s de wing is his sons and Travis. And then he’s picking up random players around him. Anyway we’ll see . Also even in Lane, Kiffin recruits high school. And he’s the portal king.
After what the program has been through I'm happy. Having to build from the ground up. In retrospect Sanders may have wished he had done some things differently, but as a long time fan my hopes are high.

You'd be a fool not to go to USC if you're a QB, LR only picks one every year. No one is better at getting a QB picked 1st round, that and it's LA- the $$$ is substantial. Maybe OSU or Georgia, but Boulder is too many levels down for JuJu to choose.

These fake 4 and 5 star players must really hurt your feelings seeing them on campus! They don't play from home or go to school from home for some strange reason... help me figure this one out in year two of a program where a coach inherited NOTHING as in Oregon, USC, Alabama, Georgia, LSU, the list goes on!
The term is "selective" & that is indeed what he's doing. For ex. their '24 class composite rank is 81st on 247sports. However, if you look at their class avg of 90.38 they're 1st in the Big 12 & 18th in the country. CU isn't playing the off-season game throwing out schollys to hs recruits simply to mfg a top 20 top 15 class. They're targeting certain prep players they want & if they can't get them the scholly is going to a transfer.
As for him not making home/school visits, I don't believe the story they've been pumping out one bit. I believe he simply wasn't physically capable of doing it & since CU didn't exactly have the budget in place for him to hit the road hard it was an easy choice for him to have players/coaches/families come to him.
Would be great if CU did Past Present Future QB photo with them in their uniforms with Joel Klatt or Cordell Stewart vintage.Shedeur (in last years Black and Shiny Gold Helmet). Juju Lewis (in the new uniforms) when he make his announcement.
