Mam Here you said, enforcement of NI Act is 01 Sept 2018 But in your previous Video of amendment of NI Act the Date is said 02 Aug, 2018 Plz tell us !

Yes, in the previous video i.e. NI (Amendment) Act,2018, there was a mistake about this, which I corrected by a comment pinned in the comment section.

Can i file an application under 143A in old case. The case is at primary stage at present (at charge to accused ) means trial. As Apex court has given the reason 1. " section 143 A applies at the trial stage that is even before the pronouncement of guilt or order of conviction"

मैंने अपने मामले में 143A का प्रार्थना पत्र दिया था जिसे कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया तो क्या अब मैं कंपनसेशन के लिए किसी भी तरह की अपील न कर सकता हु......मुकदमा मैंने अगस्त 2019 में फ़ाइल किया था......मैम रिप्लाई जरूर करे

Informative video. But , in my opinion, forcing the accused to pay upto 20 percent of the cheque amount under sec.143A , at the commencement of the trial itself , amounts to penalising a person before being proven guilty. Its worth to challenge the constitutionality of this sec.143A.
