I agree with everyone thank you so much I was so happy with bringing walking with dinosaurs skins to my game but when it started crashing I really thought I broke the game because it kept crashing but now I know it’s not my fault. Thank you so much ♥️

I think a good way to show that Expanded Behaviour was added would be to place down a Hunt Prohibitor, cause they're added by the mod. They should be in the... Enclosures menu, I think?

Thank you for This video! I thought something was wrong with my game because the mods were working perfectly before. It’s stupid they won’t work now and the game crashes from many mods after the bioson release. You should be able to mod the game how you want it’s your game.

Hiya mate. As far as I know Frontier do not do anything to prevent mods but a lot of mods rely on very exact code to run and thats why there are usually mods that break after every major update that introduces new mechanics. All good about the video mate. I am a tester for a few massive mods that will be releasing soon hopefully and when they do I will make a new Ultimate Modding Guide. Number 4 now I think lol. You can see how quick the mod scene changes.

I'm going to miss Expanded Islands for awhile, until it's updated. But I'm enjoying this game. Have you tried the mod...I think it's Mad Dog's Better Cohabitation mod? I don't know if it'll make the game more fun, or more boring? I may try it and see how I like it.

Yes certain mods may work to some extent but people are reporting issues and the mods I left out are not confirmed working 100% so even if they seem to work there is a probability of issues and I wanted to completely avoid people blaming me for ruined parks. I would still recommend staying safe with only the mods shown in the video.

Hiya mate. The Dracodentitan is a new species mod that is only available for Jurassic World Evolution 1. It definitely wont work trying to install, it on number 2.

Question when all bugs are fixed, will the 100% save file unlock the dominion dinos aswell?

Hiya mate. The Dominion dinos are already unlocked as standard if you have purchased the DLC. Just turn off the research and expedition options at the bottom of sandbox settings to unlock all dinosaurs and buildings from the start.

Yes but some maps are broken. Much easier to announce it as not working until it is fixed and updated. Otherwise I will get endless comments about the dominion maps.

I'm currently not capable of downloading replacement skins and models for dinosaurs, It happened after the release of the dominion dlc and free update, it loads the game fine but then crashes a couple seconds later. Is there anything that you know I can do to fix this?

Hiya mate. Yeah this mod guide explains not to use replacement species as they are all broken. Frontier changed how the models work so any of the old model replacements will now crash the game if you try and hatch them. Also the mod tools for exporting models are not fully updated so model edits are still off limits. However there are skin mods which are simple texture edits that do work but make sure they released after the 14th of June 2022.

no, gamepass saves are locked to the individual user, you cannot use others saves.

Hello there. At the time of making this video they were unconfirmed. Expanded Maps still doesnt work on the Dominion Maps either and some people are still reporting that old saves using the Expanded Maps are now broken. Expanded Sandbox is fixed but wasnt at the time of this video. I have an updated list of all currently available mods with links on my community tab and will soon be doing the "Ultimate Mod Install Guide v4"

@@estheriel_1423 Currently the older replacements are model edits but they are broken due to the way the game handles the models. Modders have yet to fix the tools to export models so any replacements you may have seen recently releasing are simply texture edits that change the skins of the models but not the shape. If you check my older mod install guide videos, they show how to install replacements. Just use the same method but only with replacements released after the Dominion Update (June 14th). I hope this information helps until I make the next Ultimate Mod Install Guide buddy.

That helped a lot thanks, but when I try to install mods with Vortex, it makes my game crash, I don't think it's actual mods but I think it's the managing process. How do I fix my crashes ? Hey, so I downloaded many mods from your videos, and I had an issue with the ACSE mod as it said I downloaded the wrong version. I deleted the folder for it and went to download the CORRECT version and put it into my mods folder. For some reason, though the game keeps crashing when I try to play (it Crashes right at the starting menu), and then when I delete the ACSE folder it works... But obviously, I can't play with the mods without it so I was wondering if you could please help me out with that.

Yeah that message only comes up on the Dev Build buddy. These mods will only work on an official version of the game.

Is there any mods that let you have snow in other maps? I wanna make a snowy part for my park, and I don’t wanna switch maps and restart my entire park… it’s the best one I’ve ever done

@@Jurassic_Gaming I would recommend just checking nexusmods as most jwe2 mods are posted there, so when one is added hopefully, then it will most likely appear there.

everyone it doesn't work anymore go into the file and delete all the files you just downloaded, and it will stop crashing hope this helps

Hiya mate. What version of the game are you using and were you using mods before the update? May need to reinstall the game fresh and then add the updated mods again if thats the case.

@@POTATOTOOTO Ok mate. If you were using mods from the other guide then some of those mods will not work. Just use mods covered in this video for now and remove the other ones.
