The Topographical MS model is a genius idea, hats off doctor Krieger! I always hated those lazy old "models" which only shown the downhill slide and there was no place for what the patient has to contribute himself from lifestyle point of view. I fell in love with this model at first sight, several years ago. Thank You, keep up the great work.

Please focus on gut Flora . Unfortunately I am tired to get another PhD but I am sure it is bacteria in the gut. But researchers with lots of fund cannot dicover final treatment because of a variety of bacteria in the gut. In addition please compare patient' Flora with after hsct. If you want to find final treatment focused on got.But medications cannot help based on statistics and research unless neurologists get something from pharmasutecal companies with respect.....

I’m happy Tecfidera works for you. It seemed to work well for me initially. Longer I was on it the medicine the more I threw up & diarrhea so excessive I needed to sit in bathtub because I could not keep up w/handling both. I tasted medicine in vomit. Vomiting & diarrhea so severe I could not leave house. I concluded against neurologist advice to stop the medication. Took a month to stop vomiting & having diarrhea. It’s been two yrs since I’ve taken Techfidera. I have not vomited or had diarrhea in two years.
