In my opinion , since Europe must upgrade to All Weather Heat Pumps , like China and USA, and must train young Students how to use the new AI - chip phones, tablets and laptops, able to run real - time AI workloads and generate AIG / videos / holograms / searches / neuron energy links / etc. , ideally on Solar , Wind, Agrivoltaics, Desalination, Hydrogen, etc. Energies, a full Plan and Investment is required to integrate the whole Continent. In my opinion this requires the best engineers , scientists , economists , doctors and farmers, etc. One key application is solving the huge differences between EU & South / Central America / Caribbe, differences between small Ranchers and Farmers and large enterprises, between different regulations, currencies, transports , etc. That is exactly where AGI ( Artificial General Intelligence) shines .
