They need to be used properly. Don't lock down state for an outbreak 100 miles from anyone else. Don't lock down a city for an outbreak in a seniors home. Only staff and seniors. Lock down an apartment building if there are multiple cases but only one suite if that's all there is.
Why insurance companies have the options to not cover their end of the bargain of the COVID care? Co-pay and coverage limitations are understandable due to the plan an individual signs up for. That is a really weak argument.
