The problem is that care workers are still in high demand, even if the health and care jobs to be saturated with applicants once advertised. Doing that would further discourage master’s students from studying in the UK. Universities need the money. Let’s wait and see.

If your care worker visa was applied for before March 11th 2024, you can bring and stay with dependents. There is no salary threshold required for this. You should visit the government website to see the list of documents, visa fees and proof of fund required for you to sponsor dependents. All the best
