The police have filed charges against the founder of Oduduwa University and owner of Hilton Royal Hotel, Ramon Adedoyin, and six others at an Abuja High Court, over circumstances surrounding the death of Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student of Obafemi Awolowo University.
According to a statement by the police, Adedoyin is being charged with unlawful interference with a dead body, while six other suspects are charged with murder, conspiracy, altering receipt, and other offences.

This is very unfair. How can you charge the workers with murder and then charge the leader of the killer group with minor offence. If they release Adedoyin l, can assure you that Adedoyin will eventually kill himself. Adedoyin as the head of killers squad can not be free while all his other group were sentence to death. Where is Adedoyin's son? Let the family of the staff instruct them to begin to expose every secret or else Adedoyin and his son will be set free while they will be murdered.

We do not need to bag PhD in law before we can adjudicate a case rationally. Let us look at it this way, Those who were charged with murder, conspiracy, altering receipt, and so on. I believe those who alter receipt will not do that without the knowledge of the owner of the hotel, those who removed the CCTV camera from the hotel would not have done that without the knowledge of the owner. Those who were charged with murder for doing all these are still alive, what stops the court from asking these people who instructed them to carry out their roles in this murder case. So charging these guys with murder would be unfair if Adedoyin would only be charged with "unlawful interference with a dead body"

Can somebody tell me why Adedoyin will not be charged with murder and conspiracy to murder. His staff were charged with murdered. He was charged with the disposal of the murdered.
