Yes although not within the \includegraphics command options. Instead you need to wrap it in a \scalebox{scale}[flip]{element} command. Vertical flip: \scalebox{1}[-1]{\includegraphics{ImageName}} Horizontal flip: eflectbox{\includegraphics{ImageName}}
