Lathering HCC Soap When it's Hard 

We've had some HCC shave soaps cure to the point of being very hard. Folks have reached letting us know they have difficulty lathering it. This video demonstrates how to quickly and easily get the results you want.
We are changing procedures to prevent letting the soap cure so long. There is nothing wrong with the soap. Being this hard it will last for a very long time. We also realize many enthusiasts don't like a hard soap. Please reach out if you have a hard soap and aren't satisfied with it.
