Welcome to the world of Faouzia ! Pronounced " Foh- zee- ah" .. She emigrated to Canada from Morocco at an early age and just finished her very first European tour and now is starting her North American next week ! She is a singer songwriter who writes and composes most every song she performs ! Classically trained in piano and violin plus played guitar ! She is just finishing up an engineering degree at University and by the way speaks Arabic, English and French fluently ! She is the real deal ! I would suggest her stripped down version like this song that she also wrote ! Some great titles are "You Don't Even Know Me " , "How It All Works Out " , "Elon" , " Bad Dreams " , " Born Without a Heart " R.I.P Love " to name a few ! Also her song and collaboration with John Legend called "Minefields " is fantastic ! She has also collaborated with Kelly Clarkson ! I am so very happy you have brought Faouzia to your channel and introduced her to your audience ! This young woman is just breaking out on the world stage now ! Faouzia may not be all that well known by fans but people in the know in the music industry have known about her for awhile now . her family moved to canada when she was 1 year old . she has had no formal vocal training but years of piano and violin lessons . she has been performing since she was very young but kind of burst on the scene with her song writing prowess when she was 16 -17 winning a huge worldwide song writing contest , beating out entrants from over 100 countries . Faouzia hasnt been performing much in the last few years because of covid but also because she has been fully committed to finishing her engineering degree . but she did tour most of the major cities in europe this summer and played to packed houses . enjoy this young artist she is something very special ..

All you said is what I feel about Faouzia. She loves writing dramatic songs and they suit her voice. I think she’s still sorting out what will click with an audience. And she usually has a couple of versions of each song. My favorite are usually her stripped versions. She was 19 in this version video. I recommend a live stream recording from Amazon music of “Anybody Else” for something recent and also powerful. (You did ok with her name Foh-zee-ah)

🤗 Hola Roció gracias por traer a este canal a una de las mejores cantantes o mejor dicho artistas de esta generación ya que Faouzia es el paquete completo. Habla varios idiomas, es cantante, toca varios instrumentos, escribe sus propias canciones si no me equivocó también arreglos en su musica, modelo de ropa para marcas reconocidas, está estudiando una carrera de ingeniería y quieres saber lo mejor que no había tomado clases de canto es talento puro.
