But the speed of light you picked is in meter per second. Both units has been fixed with physics values just recently and are consistent from now on. So it is just another coincidence, you can find them everywhere, thats who we are and the reason why you can see faces or animals etc in cloud formations.

Hi, this location is in the South Atlantic Ocean, about 1454km off the east coast of Brazil. There doesn't seem to be anything there but ocean. I checked both Google Earth and Google Maps and couldn't detect any land/island, unless it's very small. Ok, I hope this helps!
