This is a wonderful presentation. I am very thankful. There's no problem with the accent, what happens is the sound goes up and down and interferes a little with listening.
nexus logo in video is very disturbing every first word of each sentence hide ples be fixed it.either every things like graphic, speck accent and concept are so good and clear.
I am a little confused. Can you correct me if I am wrong? As I understand, a traveler should add a day if he crosses the International Date Line (IDL) westward and subtract if he croses IDL eastward. The video says opposite at 13 minutes 16 seconds. What is wrong in my understanding? My understanding is synced with wikipedia. It says: "A traveler crossing the IDL westbound adds 24 hours to their clock, advancing the calendar date by one day. Crossing the IDL eastbound results in 24 hours being subtracted."
It is a good video if you get all the crap off the screen besides the video. How do you expect someone to enjoy your videos when they have to look around these annoying ads for you.
Really 13:18? A traveler crossing the IDL eastbound subtracts one day. Crossing the IDL westbound results in 24 hours being added, advancing the calendar date by one day.
its good explanation but please remove mexus education and ikenstore.com and other 1 tag on the screen it cannot be visible to see them and i can't listen also..
@13:20 - No offense but you subtract a day if you're crossing the IDL toward East and not the opposite. Then you give an example that is confusing to your original statement. If this would be an amateur video I wouldn't say anything, but since you present yourself as an education company, it's quite a bit concerning.
Horrible mistake. it is not 23.5 degrees. It should be 23 degrees 30 minutes north or south. It is very difficult to make the students remember this difference between decimal and sexamal counting. For half it is not . 5 it is .30. Half an hour is not 50 minutes, it is 30 minutes
50 represents half of 100 therefore 50% of 100% which meas the half of full portion so 360 degrees is 100% and 30% is just less than half but 30 is half of 60 and 60 is 100% and 30 is 50% of the full 100% of portion, Now in this case only 30 is equal to half
