Kpop???? Billboard is just so biased! Is there anything about seven that remotely sound like a kpop song, other than the fact that JK comes from Korea?? The other singer is an American too. Shame on you @billboard.

@@SonderDAzeX no one says its a conspiracy. I also understand the year end statistics!! My point is " why is seven included in Kpop category " when there are other pop english songs sung by American/ British on the main categories. If it didn't cut the time period, just dont include it in any category!! The fact that its still included means it cuts the time period for the said awards so why wasn't it included as an english song rather than Kpop??? Edit: it not only charted well, it was extremely well to the point it was contending with many American artiste. Don't get me wrong, I am happy atleast they won on something they are nominated in but I don't get that they cannot accept it as it is but put it in kpop box when the world know it is more than that. The view, the charts on evry platform is a witness to it.

First of all, He promote this album mostly in the US and UK, the only promotion he did in Korea was inkigayo for seven and music core for SNTY ( minus the live stage he did today) . What I keep saying was that. This album makes JK comparable to most American artiste! This album is all in English so this album and JK should be treated just like any other American artiste and should be included in main categories not KPOP category. Did you see taylor swift , Olivia Rodrigo or any other American artiste nominated for best kpop or any other kpop catergory ? No right because they are not kpop songs. They are not sung in Korean just like this album! Edit: cupid was nominated alongside American artiste which is great as they should as cupid is also an English song ( english version) !!

@@SonderDAzeX both seven and the album.. but the album is not eligible so i understand .... your previous question regarding which categories I would want seven in.. any categories such as nominated for male artist, song sales, Bb100/ 200 etc etc, even if he doesn't win, this nominations would mean he and his songs are accepted, he break through the kpop box! No disrespect to kpop ( I love kpop) but this album was to enter the US market so to be placed as kpop when the boy is doing everything to break the mold is a bit disheartening!

@@SonderDAzeX TY and Olivia did really well not only in Sk Japan or Philippines but all over the world. They wouldn't be nominated amonst them though as they are not kpop or jpop but nominated as international artiste or song because it's an English song!
